March is the Month of Photography here in Denver. It will be filled with amazing exhibitions and exciting photo-related events.
You can see a list of venues, lectures, workshops, etc. on the blog: http://monthofphotography.blogspot.com/
I am thrilled to be part of the show "Modern uses of alternative processes" at Redline, the hub of the MOP. The opening will be March 11th, from 6 to 10 pm. So if you're in the area, come and join me!
You can see a preview of the show on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=286657&id=528712209&fbid=10150108529032210
This blog is dedicated to the wet-plate collodion process. It started as the public facet of an ambitious photographic project: create 365 wet-plate collodion photographs in a year, but has continued to exist since then.

Back in business!!!
Collodion 365 is back in business!
I am sorry for this interruption in the project and I thank you for your patience. I am sure that the withdrawal from your daily collodion has been painful, so here is the first image with the new silver bath:
I have to say last week has been a frustrating experience as I couldn't do anything while waiting for chemicals to come. This was compounded by the fact that I saw the most beautiful sunny days come by and be replaced by the coldest weather that I have experienced since moving to Colorado, 5 years ago.
Anyhow I am up and running again and have to make up for lost time.
It's good to be back!
Denis
